Today was a whirlwind Monday! I got to work 10 minutes early, because my new work bag was so organized, and I knew where everything was- this is a huge improvement from the typical morning rush, where I'm scrambling to grab and pack multiple bags with everything needed for the day. MY new workbag is by a brand called White Elm- I got it as a belated birthday present to myself, and I love it!
I left my lunch at home on the kitchen floor, but this gave me the excuse to get yummy takeout at a vegan soul food restaurant up the road, score! :3 I hope that Georgie won't get into the food left a home though, because I don't want his tummy to get sick.
We've had steady patients all morning and thankfully the afternoon schedule hasn't been as packed. Election day is tomorrow, and I'm praying that it will go smoothly and safely for everyone.
